WHAT YOU WILL DO

Asset Management

Develop and deploy the asset management strategy. Conduct plant, equipment inspections and audits providing reports on findings. Ensure facility plans are updated, available and adhered to. Ensure modifications are completed in accordance with set specifications. Maintain records of all modifications. Perform life cycle costing and analysis of unit assets to determine replacement. Ensure that all services are provided as appropriate (plant utilities).

Do a weekly, monthly Loss Tree (Pareto Analysis) to determine repetitive jobs/breakdowns on machines and equipment and derive action plans to address such. Drive the comprehensive RCA on a quarterly basis.
