Responsibilities
:
Lead and coordinate the engineering team across all disciplines.Implement structured preventative maintenance programmes.Improve planning, prioritisation, and follow-through on engineering works and projects.Oversee equipment installation, commissioning, and handover into manufacturing.Coordinate engineering-driven procurement and reduce reactive purchasing.Drive continuous improvement in productivity and responsiveness.Work closely with Operations, Production Managers, and the wider SLT to align engineering with manufacturing priorities.
