Engineering Manager

Exceptional Engineering Manager required to join our site leadership team here at Florette in Lichfield. We have an opportunity for a proven leader to join our team on a permanent basis, leading our engineering agenda and joining us on our journey to take our engineering department from good to great!

You'll be a strategic, people focused manager with excellent leadership and communication skills. Working in collaboration with our senior management team you’ll ensure KPI delivery and oversee the continuous improvement of the department. You’ll be responsible for two direct reports, with their wider teams of a further 15 colleagues.
