Engineering Manager

We are seeking an Engineering Manager to join a team at an integrated facility that processes the Gulf menhaden species into fishmeal, fish oil, and fish soluble products, based out of Empire, LA.

The Engineering Manager will lead the engineering, electrical, mechanical, welding, maintenance, and technical operations teams within the production facility. This role ensures optimal plant performance, reliability of equipment, compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and continuous improvement of processing systems.

Position Offers

• $150K-$165K base + bonus opportunities. If your target pay is higher, we still encourage you to apply—we could request adjustments based on experience and market conditions.
