Role Overview We‘re seeking an Engineering Manager to lead Sunstripe‘s Data Center Engineering practice, overseeing a multidisciplinary team delivering power, energy systems, and interconnection engineering for data center clients. This role combines deep technical leadership with team management and end-to-end client delivery accountability. The ideal candidate understands the full data center energy ecosystem — how facility power architecture, renewable generation, BESS, and gas interact to serve data center loads — and how design and interconnection decisions shape each other across the project lifecycle.
