Engineering Manager

POSITION OVERVIEW:

• Our company designs and manufactures high temperature vacuum furnaces as well as VPA coating systems used in industries such as aerospace, energy, additive and precision manufacturing.


• As part of a global group, we combine advanced technology with strong engineering expertise to deliver reliable, high-performance heat-treating solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required. 7-10 years’ experience working in industrial machinery design and manufacturing, preferably for the heat treatment of metal parts (Working for a designer and builder of Capital Equipment REQUIRED). 3-5 years’ experience within a leadership/management role.


• Have some mechanical engineering skills.

Understanding of Industrial Norms as they apply to company offerings.
