Primary Responsibilities 主要职责：
Define and control the engineering scope of work in alignment with project objectives, contract requirements, and applicable regulations. Develop and implement the overall Project Engineering Plan, schedule, and resource allocation for the assigned engineering scope. Review and endorse the engineering resource plan prepared by Discipline Leaders and ensure adequate staffing for the project. Align engineering disciplines toward common project objectives, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Prepare and deliver all necessary calculations and documentation for reviewed, verified, and approved designs. Provide technical expertise and detailed information on control capabilities and equipment to support sales activities. Assist parts operations by identifying suitable substitutions and/or recommending system improvements, ensuring alignment with economic constraints.
