Engineering Manager (CEM)

Engineering Manager required. Leeds or London based.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering activities ensuring safe, compliant, and integrated design and delivery.
• Act as the Contractor's Engineering Manager under Network Rail governance, coordinating multidisciplinary design including civils, structures, MEP, rail systems, and interfaces with operations.
• Provide technical leadership with a strong civil engineering focus while ensuring effective integration with other functions.
• Manage the project through early Engineering Stages (ES3-ES4), setting scope, requirements, and design strategy.
• Lead the project through Network Rail assurance and PACE processes including IDC/IDR and assurance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with Network Rail standards, statutory requirements, and safety obligations, including CDM and engineering safety management.
