Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Responsible for CADCAM design, NPI, artwork making, screen making, and process design for all prototypes and mass-production models
• Ensure APQP, PPAP, and FMEA are carried out for all automotive models
• Evaluate overall production technical capabilities for new model production
• Analyze new models, technical drawings, and process requirements to generate competitive and accurate quotations
• Set up production techniques and process specifications during the pre-production stage
• Handle UL safety standard requirements
• Ensure effective operation of the Engineering Organization, including manpower arrangement within the department
• Approve leave and shift change applications for subordinates
• Propose salary increments for subordinates (excluding assistant engineers and above)
• Approve overtime forms for subordinates
