This Engineering Manager is a player-coach leader over one or more software development teams, with direct reports including engineers and/or team leads. The environment is Java-heavy on the backend with Spring Boot, Groovy, Grails, React/Vue frontend, microservices, Docker/Kubernetes, AWS, GitLab, and Jira.
