Engineering Manager AI

iCareManager (iCM) is seeking a results-driven Artificial Intelligence Manager to lead the design and execution of our AI strategy across the organization. As a core leader in our Engineering team, you’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities to use AI for innovation, productivity, automation, and competitive differentiation in the long-term care and IDD services sector. You’ll manage AI initiatives from concept to deployment while working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.

This is an individual contributor + leadership role. You’ll collaborate with senior leadership, drive experimentation, and bring impactful AI-powered capabilities to life in a fast-paced healthcare SaaS environment.
