TheEngineering Maintenance Managerwill report directly to the Area Director of Engineering to help lead and support the maintenance colleagues and ensure facilities and systems operate properly. TheEngineering Maintenance Managerwill oversee the daily operation of the entire resort facilities, including the physical building structures, all mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems, refrigeration, kitchens and related equipment in accordance with energy conservation and preventive maintenance programs.
