Job Purpose

Engineering Leader supports the operation to meet performance levels via engineering standards and equipment reliability. Develop and maintain equipment maintenance systems and procedures, applying UMS and CI tools to achieve results. Coach the team in one‑to‑one sessions. Ensure improvements maintained through revisions, training and procedure changes.

Responsibilities

• Line manager of the engineering team: equip, support, empower, skill, motivate and commit the team to business objectives.
• Lead and coach the team on processes, training and regular feedback (PDP’s & 121 Completion).
• Interface with other (Quality, Safety, Planning, Warehouse, HR, Occupational Health, etc.) and own responsibilities.
