Engineering Lead

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with and promote TPI’s mission, vision, and values.
• Develop continuous improvement plans within their areas of responsibility.
• Supervise engineering activities to ensure efficient use of human and material resources.
• Organize and oversee continuous improvement projects related to quality, cost, efficiency, 5S, etc., using leadership skills to meet project objectives.
• Select, develop, and train personnel as needed.
• Focus on maintaining a safe operation by immediately addressing identified risks.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures necessary to meet departmental objectives.
• Regularly monitor engineers’ performance metrics and support continuous improvement within the department.
• Coordinate engineering resources to ensure production requirements are met during regular and overtime schedules.
