Engineering Lead

Job Description We are looking for a hands-on engineering professional who can balance technical delivery with leadership responsibilities. This role involves managing the on-site engineering team and contractors, while also contributing to maintenance activities and helping to shape processes and working practices. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) across client sites. Deliver reactive maintenance tasks as required. Undertake electrical works in line with relevant standards. Oversee engineering compliance across the wider contract. Audit engineering delivery and ensure adherence to compliance standards. Manage contractors, including RAMS checks and subcontractor coordination. Supervise and support the on-site engineering team, including planning and assigning work.
