Engineering Lead – University of Greenwich, 30 Park Row, Greenwich, London, SE10 9LS. 6‑month fixed‑term contract. Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., 40 hours per week. Salary: £55,000 per annum plus excellent benefits.

Level 3 or above in a recognised engineering discipline essential. Excellent transport links, enhanced annual leave (starting at 26 days with the potential to earn more).

About the Role

In this role, you’ll take the lead in directing the campus Hard FM/engineering function, managing a multi‑disciplinary team and contractors to deliver safe, compliant M&E services, planned and reactive maintenance, and audit‑ready operations against SLAs/KPIs, ensuring exceptional service and operational efficiency.
