The incumbent serves as a Road Maintenance Foreman and directly supervises road maintenance for an assigned unit, overseeing 3 to 8 equipment operators, laborers, and other required personnel. Responsibilities Some of the major duties you will perform include but are not limited to the following: The incumbent is responsible for the accomplishment of maintenance activities on BLM access roads located in the assigned area. Included is the responsibility in the overall technical quality of all work performed, as well as the condition and appearance of the roadway and right-of-way.
