Engineering Director

Reporting to the Senior Director Engineering you will lead technical solutions across the Engineering organization while providing strategic and people leadership to project management and engineering teams responsible for the development and execution of multi‑discipline capital programs from concept through initial production. You will ensure alignment to business platform strategies while driving safety, cost, schedule, and performance excellence across the portfolio.

**A Taste of Your Responsibilities:**

+ Lead technical solutions within the Engineering organization and provide leadership to project management teams responsible for project safety, scope, cost, spending forecast, and schedule across multi‑discipline capital programs.
+ Provide direct leadership to Project Leaders, Engineering Project Managers, and Engineers, with dual or dotted‑line leadership of Plant Engineering Managers and contract resources.
