Engineering Director, Asia Pacific

The Engineering Director will lead engineering and reliability activities across Goodyear’s APAC operations across seven factories in China, India, Thailand, and Indonesia. This role is accountable for developing and implementing regional strategies and best practices to maximize equipment performance, process reliability, and cost efficiency across diverse manufacturing environments.

S/he will own the reliability and equipment standards function, ensuring Goodyear maintains a competitive edge through advanced, reliable, and sustainable manufacturing technologies. By applying global best practices under the Reliability Excellence (RE) pillar of Plant Optimization, the Director will optimize machine performance, strengthen preventative maintenance, and drive reliability maturity across the region.
