Engineering Director Ams (Md&I)

The Engineering Director for Manufacturing Design & Implementation (MD&I) in AMS is responsible for leading the regional engineering team at our factories in Monterrey (MX) and Richmond (US).
This team consists of project managers and technology managers focused on global technology implementation within moulding and internal material logistics.The Director will oversee the execution of regional technology projects in collaboration with Global Teams and local Operations.This position collaborates with the Sr.Director of MD&I and works alongside 7 peers in the leadership team, covering all manufacturing sites globally.
