Engineering & Design Manager

The Engineering Design Manager will report to the Tendering and Engineering Director and is responsible for product development, sales support, and operational deliverables.

This role requires a strong background in electrical engineering, with experience in electrical system design, calculations, installation, and commissioning. Experience in PV systems, BESS, and LV and HV switchboards and panel manufacturing is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assume the role of Product Manager for the company’s BESS product design, development, and lifecycle management
• Design and develop containerised BESS for both standardised and customised solutions
• Prepare and maintain product documentation and drawings as required
• Develop, maintain, and update in-house engineering standards
