We are seeking an experienced

Engineering Delivery Lead

to drive the successful execution of large-scale data and technology programs. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and solving complex business and delivery challenges, owning the data and product roadmap, and ensuring seamless execution across teams. You will provide strong operational and program leadership while working closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the identification and definition of complex business challenges, whether they arise from delivery challenges (resource bottlenecks, technical obstacles) or customer-side issues (usability, satisfaction). Break down these challenges into smaller, manageable components and align teams toward clear goals and outcomes.
