The Engineering Coordinator provides critical programmatic and administrative support to the Engineering Department to ensure strong performance, regulatory compliance, and organizational effectiveness. This role serves as the **Department Performance Improvement Coordinator (DPIC)** , **Maintenance Rule Coordinator (MRC)** , and **Department Training Coordinator** , while also supporting additional Engineering coordination needs as assigned.
