About the Position

We are currently offering a great opportunity for the position of Engineering Coordinator to join our Industrial Automation team in Mexico, D.F.

Responsibilities

• Managing large projects/processes, with limited oversight from manager.
• Implementing policy and strategy for short-term results.
• Coaching, reviewing and delegating work to lower level professionals.
• May manage experienced professionals who exercise latitude and independence in assignments.
• Problems faced are difficult to moderately complex.
• Influences others outside of own job area regarding policies, practices and procedures.
• Ability to travel up to 100% of work time on average.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer facing skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Applications.
