Engineering Controls Manager

As our Engineering Controls Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our controls and Building Management Systems across our stores and distribution centres. You’ll help us deliver safe, efficient and future‑ready environments for colleagues and customers by developing world‑class standards, driving innovation, and ensuring our platforms are fit for today and tomorrow.

You’ll be the expert in your field—often the first layer of management for people or projects—and you’ll bring energy, curiosity and technical leadership to everything you do.
