About the job Engineering Compliance Specialist A minimum of a BSc Mech or Elec Engineering or equivalent (for the rest of Africa) A minimum of Government Certificate of Competency (GCC) factories (a minimum of a BSc Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent) for South Africa A minimum 5 to 8 years experience in a utilities environment, preferably in FMCG. Extensive knowledge of electrical reticulation, steam generation, water treatment, refrigeration, Hi and Low-pressure compressor systems Experience in managing a team of technical specialists and collaboration with senior leadership at plant level Knowledge of the FMCG manufacturing environment Responsibilities Develop an annual plan focusing on Key Performance Indicators, engineering compliance, repository of standards, auditing, and implementation of actions for gap closure.
