Position: Engineering Clerk

Work Schedule: Typ. Mon-Fri Sat. as needed

Minimum 47.5 hr/week

Reports To: Detailing Supervisor

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• General office duties to include answering phones, scanning files, office supply inventory, etc.
• Responsible for receiving, processing, and filing booked job drawing and documents received from sales department.
• Responsible for receiving and filing updated drawings and documents until detailer is assigned.
• Creates job files and Trello card.
