Engineering Branch Manager

The purpose of this position is to manage one of the following branches of the Susquehanna Steam Electric Station's (SSES) Engineering Department. Positions covered by this post include Program Engineering organization. Job functions include proper management of the day-to-day group activities, maintenance of the group budget, and attainment of organizational goals/improvement initiatives for the responsible group within Engineering. Primary responsibilities of the Branch Manager are to achieve high levels of department performance by providing the engineering group priorities and direction, coordination and management of SSES Engineering program/procedure requirements, approval of technical products, maintenance of regulatory commitments, and resolution of complex technical issues consistent with plant licensing and design bases.
