We are working with a top-three global manufacturer in their product space that is looking for an Engineering and Maintenance Manager for their Elkin, NC plant. This facility has with 250+ personnel, is growing, and they need a strong leader to help as they continue to expand!

What You'll Do

• Coordinate the direction and daily activities of maintenance staff on all shifts
• Coordinate and develop automation projects in all productive areas with a focus on continuous improvement
• Manage an effective Total Productive Maintenance program throughout the facility in order to improve capacity utilization and productivity.
• Ensure a safe and healthful work environment by ensuring proper safety training, regular safety communications and meetings with area associates, and compliance to EHS requirements.
