The role serves as the owner's representative in ensuring that all projects, infrastructure, equipment, and service providers meet quality, safety, cost, and operational requirements. The position manages project planning, cost control, contractor and supplier performance, asset maintenance, and compliance with applicable standards and regulations to support efficient business operations and long-term asset sustainability.
