Job Description

The Engineering and Computer Science Librarian is a critical member of the Syracuse University Libraries’ Subject Instruction Team, situated within the Department of Research and Scholarship. They ensure that the Libraries collections and instructional services support the academic and research needs of students, staff, and faculty in the College of Engineering and Computer Science (ECS) related academic programs and research centers. The Librarian provides essential services, including reference assistance, instruction, and collection development, and serves as the Libraries point of contact for ECS.
