We have an exciting opportunity in Poway, CA (San Diego, CA) for a Senior Staff RF/Antenna Engineer to join the RF/Antenna Engineering group. The successful candidate will lead a small, multi-disciplined team of engineers engaged in the development of active electronically scanned antenna arrays to support airborne synthetic aperture and collision avoidance radars. Major areas include overall project technical leadership, system-level design, maturation of hardware from prototype to flight-qualified, coordination with various radar product teams, and interfacing with customers and senior management.
