Our Usability & Human Factors Engineer is responsible for ensuring that the Philips solution they work on is safe, effective, efficient, intuitive, and satisfactory to use. You will be responsible for advocating usability & user-centered design, and prioritizing user needs and patient safety in the business- and project team.
**Your role:**
+ ​Leads the usability activities on their project, in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, which includes UI/UX designers, product designers, clinical specialists, product managers, researchers, developers, and system engineers. Involved in all product development phases and leads the activities, using critical thinking to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
