Engineer

Role Summary:
Hands-on role involving monitoring plant operations in rotational shifts , along with SCADA-based process control, jet mill operations, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth production and quality output.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute production plan as per shift incharge
Review QA reports and act on deviations
Monitor process parameters (SCADA + manual)
Coordinate with maintenance for breakdowns
Ensure quality via PSA testing & SOP adjustments
Perform troubleshooting during shift
Skills & Candidate Preference:
Exposure to plant/shop floor operations
Basic SCADA knowledge
Strong troubleshooting skills
Familiarity with industrial equipment
Comfortable working in rotational shifts
Qualification: Diploma / B. Tech – Electronics / Electrical / ECE
Experience: 1–2 years
