The Team

The Component & Structural Integrity Integration team delivers technical coordination and governance for codes, standards, and policies on pressure equipment within the SMR programme.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain structural integrity requirements and technical guidance for mechanical components.
• Apply cross‑disciplinary knowledge to ensure component reliability.
• Contribute to structural integrity safety case development, including technical arguments and supporting evidence.
• Support design teams to interpret and embed integrity requirements into designs.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and the supply chain to deliver integrated solutions.
