Roles and Responsibilities - Stores Management
Manage receipt, storage, and issue of materials as per company procedures Verify incoming materials against PO, invoice, and GRN requirements Ensure proper storage conditions for components (ESD, MSL, temperature control) Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/system Follow FIFO/FEFO for material movement and consumption Monitor stock levels and coordinate with planning/purchase for replenishment Handle material segregation for different customers to avoid mix-up Ensure proper labeling, traceability, and batch/lot control Manage inward, outward, and internal material movements efficiently Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counting Control and minimize material losses, damages, and discrepancies Maintain 5S, safety, and compliance standards in store area
