Software V&V Engineer - SDET, QA, C#, C++, hybrid
We’re looking for a Software V&V Engineer to join a growing engineering team working on complex, high-performance products. This is a hands-on role where you’ll shape how software and firmware are tested, validated, and improved across the full development lifecycle.
What You’ll Be Doing
Build and improve software/firmware validation & verification processes
Develop and execute test strategies for new and existing products
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams (electronics, systems, mechanical)
Contribute to Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews)
Support troubleshooting and continuous improvement across projects
Act as a go-to expert for software validation best practices
What We’re Looking For
Experience in software/firmware testing and validation
Strong programming background (C, C++, C# / .NET)
