Overseeing the introduction of new products from the design phase into production phase

What You Will Do

1.Collaborate with design engineers, product managers to and develop the production guideline based on design specifications and requirements

2.Work with the manufacturing team to ensure that equipment, tools, and production lines are set up and ready for production

3.Plan and execute the pilot production phases, including Engineering Verification Test (EVT), Design Verification Test (DVT), and Production Verification Test (PVT)

4.Maintain detailed documents of design changes, test results, and production issues

5.Coordinate resources in the manufacturing plant, manage production schedules, and follow up on pilot production timelines.
