Job Purpose:

Responsible for rig planning and scheduling activities to enable the timely, safe, and cost-efficient execution of drilling programs. The role ensures schedule integrity, rig readiness, and effective coordination across functions and contractors to support smooth drilling operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain integrated rig schedules, including long-range plans and rolling look-ahead schedules (90/60/30-day and short-term).
• Track rig readiness by coordinating inputs related to materials, services, logistics, permits, and third-party dependencies.
• Coordinate with drilling, completions, procurement, logistics, and contractor teams to align schedules and manage interfaces.
• Monitor schedule performance against the plan, analyze slippages and downtime drivers, and highlight risks and mitigation actions.
