Engineer Program Manager I

Summary Statement

This position is responsible for administration and project
management of engineering contracts in Sussex County Delaware. Projects consist of varying complexity civil
transportation infrastructure ranging roadways, trail systems, pedestrian
facilities, and complex bridge structures.
Candidate will be responsible for scheduling, supervision, and staffing
of both in-house and consultant inspection staff. Job will require occasional fieldwork
dependent upon project needs. Incumbent may choose to be based out of either
our Georgetown (23697 DuPont Blvd) or Dover (800 Bay Rd) locations.
