Responsibilities:

1. Liaise with the Manager, Feed Production for the overall functioning of the feed production.
2. Arrange manpower in the section.
3. Monitor production planning.
4. Oversee daily production and quality reports.
5. Maintain records of maintenance and production.
6. Guide personnel in their daily operations.
7. Ensure all operational staff comply with the Company's Rules and Regulations, fostering a healthy and productive working environment.
8. Work towards achieving objectives and targets set by Top Management.
9. Conduct training programs for operational personnel.
10. Exercise GMP and ISO 22000 procedures.
11. Act as the IQA Auditor.
12. Perform any other relevant tasks as required.
