About the Role

The Process Engineer supports manufacturing through the implementation of process-related initiatives.

What You Will Do

• Set up line support to enable 24x7 coverage on assembly process issues.
• Monitor KPIs and dashboards daily to ensure performance visibility.
• Maintain a stable process by continuously identifying risks in in‑process control and firewall.
• Conduct risk assessments and scoping of processes and products.
• Perform root‑cause analysis, technical simulations, and corrective actions for line and customer issues.
• Drive continuous process capability improvement and establish strong process control and firewall.
• Characterize new processes or material changes and implement controls.
• Benchmark and implement best practices across operations.
• Increase capacity through engineering solutions.
