ENGINEER - PROBE SHIFT EQUIPMENT

As a Probe Shift Equipment Engineer at Micron Technology, Inc., you will lead a team of shift equipment technicians to meet equipment schedules, production standards, and operational costs, ensuring department goals are achieved.

• Lead and manage shift equipment technicians to achieve operation objectives.
• Ensure adequate training and compliance to SOP to eliminate safety and quality risk.
• Analyze data and perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve equipment issues.
• Maintain close communication and collaboration with production and process stakeholders to achieve strategy business objectives.
• Establish and review SOPs to ensure they continue to be relevant and optimized for operation process.
• Evaluation, promotion and planning of new equipment / materials.
