This is an opportunity to join a major residential developer in a client-side Engineering role, where your focus is on technical oversight, coordination and design management – not fee chasing or timesheets.

You’ll join a supportive Technical team of 4–5 engineers, working across a strong, long-term development pipeline with genuine scope to grow and move internally.
