About the role

As a Mine Engineer at Ernest Henry, you will play a key role in turning short-term plans into safe, reliable production outcomes within the underground operation.

You will own the weekly plan and rolling three-month plan, ensuring designs are practical and executable through regular underground engagement. Working closely with operators, supervisors and technical teams, you will identify and remove constraints, keeping production on track.

This is a highly collaborative, site-based role that combines technical capability with strong operational engagement.
Key responsibilities for the role include
Leading with safety, applying health, safety and security standards in all tasks and decisions

Validating plans in the field through regular underground inspections

Developing, coordinating and presenting weekly and rolling three-month plans
