Engineer Level 1

**Position Summary:**

Entry-level Engineer to support R&D within the Cleaning & Sterilization (C&S) group. This role blends engineering fundamentals with hands-on lab/process work, focused on developing and validating cleaning and sterilization processes for complex medical devices.

**Job Responsibilities/ Requirements:**



+ Support the development of cleaning and sterilization processes
+ Assist with testing, validation, and data collection
+ Contribute to technical documentation and reporting
+ Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external teams
+ Participate in process development activities (soiling, cleaning, extraction)

**Required Qualifications**

+ A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering or a related science/engineering degree is required
+ 1-2 years of work or internship experience.
