**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Lead the analysis and optimization of manpower, facility space, materials, equipment, and information flow for major processes or value streams.
+ Drive the design and implementation of advanced process improvements across manufacturing, logistics, and operations, often spanning multiple departments or sites.
+ Act as a primary industrial engineering resource on cross-functional projects, operating with minimal direction and significant responsibility for results.
