+ Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze large datasets from Amex GBT booking systems, and operational workflows
+ Create comprehensive reports and dashboards for business customers and management
+ Develop benchmarks and metrics to monitor system performance and operational efficiency
+ Generate ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions and process improvements
+ Database Management & Optimization: Design and optimize complex SQL queries in PostgreSQL for data extraction and analysis
