Job Title: Engineer I, NPI

Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for NPI (New Product Introduction) projects evaluation and execution at the site,
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve new products.
• Participate in the design, prototyping, and testing of new products.
• Work with Global Engineering team on product transfers and product development projects 
• Responsible for designing the required tools/fixtures.
• Responsible to define the manufacturing process flow for new products
• Responsible to handover to the new projects to Operations with required deliverables

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s in related curriculum such as Electrical or Electronics or ETC Engineering/Mechanical Engineering with 4-5 years of experience.
