We are looking out for an Engineer I, CPI to join our team in Goa . The role is to develop and implement a unified approach to the process of continuous improvement in the department with intent to deliver high quality products through lean processes and efficient valuable to high standards maintained by CommScope.

This position has organizational functions and multi-functional interactions with Internal Customers, Operations, Planning, Purchasing, Supply Base, Quality etc. to support ongoing opportunities to improve the process. The engineer will be required to provide new methodologies and approaches to be able to remove natural waste and inefficiency that exist in the Value Stream of the organization. And be responsible for Continuous Improvement of Processes within the site/Department!
